There are no cookie cutter plans here. All plans are customized and updated according to what your body is doing at that time. Everyone gets to interact with team coaches to receive the attention and customization needed to reach your goals effectively and efficiently!
The Works Personal Training is home of TEAM WORKS FIGURE and BIKINI TEAM. All of our ladies exemplify what it is to BE a true competitor and fitness enthusiast. Current TEAM WORKS competitors include women competing in the NPC and IFBB Figure and Bikini divisions. We have such a great network of competitors that work very hard to be the best that they can be on the competitive stage. Whether you are living in the NY Metro area or not, you can be part of a dynamic Team of competitors that have fun, work hard, and win trophies!
How we can help you place at your next show:
- Full consultation with bodyfat measurement to get an accurate starting point (not for online clients, you tell US what your measurements are...)
- In person or online (skype) posing/stage presentation sessions to help you look your best next to the other girls
- Comprehensive and customized diet, supplement and training plans to get your body into show-shape
- Weekly/monthly check-ins to make sure everything stays on track
- Full-service coaching on hair/makeup/suit selection, tanning... THE WORKS
